McClellan and Mary (Bossick) De
Armey.  Attended Windber publi
schools.  Graduate of Windber
High School class of 1931 and
University of Maryland School of
Engineering.  Served as captain
in Signal Corps in World War II.
Had been employed as electrical
engineer for General Electric Com-
pany.  Survived by parents; wife,
Verneena (McGinnis) De Armey;
two daughters - Roxanne and Fran-
cine, both at home.  Was a brother
of Charles, Ashtabula, Ohio;  John,
Baltimore, MD., and Clarence and 
Mary, both at parental home, 
Windber.  Solemn high mass of
requiem will be celebrated Friday
morning at Church of the Holy
Child Jesus, Windber.  Further
funeral arrangements are incom-
plete.  Friends received after 10
a. m. THursday at Donald C. Di-
mond Funeral Home, Windber.
